Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
I have been on call for the last 3 years 24/7/365 unless I am on vacation. During this time I must report to work within at least 2 hours anytime I am called so in my off time I have to stay within a pretty small radius. My closest backup is 2 states away and because of this I am not able to use any of the sick time I am supposed to be entitled to. Am I entitled to any compensation for any of this?

Not in my opinion any legal right...sick time is not a legal right but a benefit many employers give...TG you are healthy
