Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
Change in pay
Can an automotive shop owner lower your wages because of slow work load? Does this not have to be in an employee handbook or something in order for them to do this?

Re: Change in pay
No..employers do not have to keep employees..nor do employees have to stay..so employers can not only fire, but lower wages, change hours as they require to keep the business open..
