Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Is It considered harrasment of some kind when one of your bosses has been accusing you of inappropriate relationships with your superior. She has done this for about 3 years. About every 6 months she will call me and tell me how awful and disrespectful I am to her even though I don't talk to her about anything other than work. She accuses me of having an issue with her and that I need to " women up" and admit it. She always does it when our boss is going to be out of the office for a few days so I can't involve him in the the "talk I am getting from her." I love my job but I feel like I am in High School half the time because of her actions. It is kind of like an episode of " mean girls." I am always scared to hang up on her even though I tell her there is nothing wrong. She is still my boss and I am afraid that if i hang up she is going to try to spread more rumors about me disrespecting her. Just don't know what to do.

The nex time she starts talking to you this way, simply say, "We need to have this conversation when Mr. Jones is present. Let's set that up when he gets back to town."

If she keeps talking, say it again. And again. And the fourth or fifth time, say, "I just don't think you're listening to me. I need to get back to work now." And hang up on her.
