Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I need to know what I need in a contract to keep my future employer from firing me as Texas is an At Will state. I am a Nurse Practitioner with a potentional contract to work at a hospital where I just moved. I heard the hospital is famous for firing people for no reason especially the high paying employees.
