Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I got demoted from my manager position to a cashier they want to force me to quit my job. They low my pay rate more then half. What can I do?

No legal remedy unless it is dsicrimination..for race/sex/religion etc..which would take a year or more and may nto succeed...best for you to be looking for another position and hopefully a better position..
