What happens after your deposition hearing and how is your trial date determined? What takes place after your discovery period is over?

If you are worried about a deposition and a trial date then you must have a lawyer. You need to ask your lawyer. If you do not have a lawyer and you have already had your deposition taken then you need to get a lawyer immediately.
