Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Earned Vacation & Personal days

I was laid off on 2-16-09, and I just recently filed for unemployment. Am I suppose to get all of my earned vacation and personal days, even though I was not fired? or can the company keep my vacation and personal days? I'm courious, because the TWC for filing for unemployement would like to know this and I am courious about this myself.
