Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
I was employed for the last 5 months and during that time I found out i was pregnant with twins, in the last month i lost one of the twins, was put in the hospital for a day then 5 days bed rest. My employment was terminated because I was out for more than 3 days. Can I be terminated for a surgical procedure?

You were not fired forsssurgery but because employer had 3 day absence rule...If it is a company with more than 15 employees you may have a case..but as put no claim..employers can generally hire and fire at will
