Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
If an employee forgets to send a package out to a customer, and then a few days later has to send it priority shipping; is the employer legally allowed to take the difference in the shipping costs from the employee's paycheck?

You can complain that you should not have to pay for your mistakes made at work; but you better start looking for a new job if you do so. We learn better from our mistakes when we have to pay for them. Let this teach you to be more careful in the future.
