can a employeer give ur employmentstatus after being fired to ur family memebers

It is not slanderous to tell the truth. "Homer is a homosexual" is slanderous, but not if Homer is actually a homosexual.

If I tell someone the truth about a person's employment status, that isn't slander. Nor is it the type of fact which creates any legitimate expectation of privacy.
