My Employer has forged my notary on illegal document
My employer has forged my notary and signature on a forged lien release. He is being sued by the company whose name appears on the lien release and their attorneys want to depose me. He has told his (employer) attorney that I did indeed sign the lien release as did the company who is sueing him. He has been instructing me as to what to say when the deposition takes place and what he wants me to say it not true. I was not in the office the day this forgery took place and I did not sign this lien release. What are my options and what should I do. I have no intentions of perjering myself for this employeer and can not afford to lose my job until I can secure another one. What are my options and what can I do to protect myself?

You are right not to want to perjure yourself. How large is the company? Is he your immediate supervisor? Is he in charge of hiring and firing?
