Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Employer Integrated Entity

After 4 months awaiting some kind of resolve to sexual harassment charges against the owner of the company I worked for, I am told the 'location' I worked for doesn't have enough employees. There has to be 15 employees... .He is the owner, president, and my direct supervisor; he runs the 2 'locations' as separate entities, but only with the bank accounts. We shared payroll, insurances, personell files, office space, equipment etc. Plus he is whom the charges are against. The company meets the statutory requirements for 'integrated enterprises'. We were about to go into mediation. The EX-EMPLOYER now thinks I don't have a case. I've got to expidite this. Does anyone know if I can do anything? Or can I change charges against him without going to cival court?

Re: Employer Integrated Entity

Who is "telling you" that the business does not have the stautory 15 employees? Is it the EEOC or the Texas HRC or is it some other source? It does seem that the business meets the regulatory minimum with the indicia you cite, but if the EEOC has concluded otherwise there is presumably a basis for that conclusion. If you have not engaged a lawyer to assist you, I would do so.
