Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
My employer is making drastic changes in the way the compensate sales associates. We have always been paid a base pay + comission, and now we are going on a strictly comission program. My question is, we have always been required to work Saturday mornings, and do inventory, being paid strictly comission is this legal to require this on a comission only program?

Depending upon your job description I would say this is probably not legal. I don't believe they can pay your commision only expecially where you are doing work other than selling. What is the base pay you are being paid plus the commission?
