Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
The employment agency I worked for is denying my unemployment benefits because they say I didn't make my self "available"... and that is not true. What can I do?

If a hearing has not occurred then you must defend your claim for benefits by proving with as much evidence as you can that you were available for assignments. If the hearing occurred and an unfavorable determination was made by the TWC then you need to follow the procedures to appeal.
