Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
employment
What recourse do I have in regards to a company advising me to give my 2 weeks notice after which I would be employed by them and now they keep adding stipulations? I am now out of work for 7 weeks waiting for these stipulations to end. However, now I am no longer interested in working for that company and will seek employment elsewhere. I quit a job that took me a while to find in order to go to work for the other company, now once again I am unemployed.
