Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
employment retaliation
We had a meeting with the corp. HR rep. and the gen. mgr. regarding work issues with the production mgr. The gen. mgr. stated he would take action and correct things within 2 weeks but now we are being threatened and retaliated upon for having talked with the corp. HR rep. What can we do to protect ourselves and our jobs? Or what course of action can we take? Please help! Thank you.

Keep a good log of every communication. May be make your communications in writing. In case they fire you, you will need these writings to prove that you were terminated for such reasons.
