Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I was terminated (Tx) for having an empoyee pay back money from a cash. I have a handbook from that co. stateing in print that that offense as well as harrasement and some other issues have to follow a 4 step process before term. i know tx. is a fire at will state, but even if it is in print? thanks for any help

you probably have a case but it will be expensive..
