Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
I entered a contract with an employment agency. based on the Memorandum of Agreement that I signed and sent to them, there are no exclusion clause if I breached the contract. I just want to ask if I breached the contract right now ( I still has 1 year left) can they sue me for anything? The contract is under Maryland law. Thank you

I don't an answer can be provided without having a look at the agreement. Everything will be based on the language of the agreement.
