Ex-employer Threating Email
What recourse to I have to the below? I won the labor law case against an ex-employer. She appealed 3 times and lost. And just the other day she sent me a email threating to discredit me and take me to court if I do not sign a a settlement offer from their attorney.

Re: Ex-employer Threating Email
If you have an attoreny, let them handle it. If not, I presume you went thru TWC..so send a copy of the email to them..it could be criminal...and if only civil, call us.
