Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
I am a federal employee with a disability. I was given accomodations in late 2010. Every year I receive a performence rating. I have always enjoyed the highest scores, even with my disability. This year, my supervisor has given me a less then perfect score, with the reason, that I cannot perform a particular activity to the same standard as my co-workers, who are not medicaly impared. Mind you, my accomodation is for this particular activity, supported by a doctors note/Profile. Under the Americans with disability Act, should I not be rated within my disability, verses by standard?

Your employer does not have to hold you to a lesser standard because you are disabled unless the standard is modified by your accommodation. It's difficult to give a specific answer to your question without knowing more information about your disability, accommodation and the particular activity in question.
