Final end of job payment-not payed

Our company did a job and was guaranteed a final payment @end of job, everyone else involved in project guaraneteed the same. No one payed. Head partner refuses to pay what measures can I use to recoup my funds?

There are a number of strategies you can use. One is to employ a collection attorney or collection agency to pursue collection. You could threaten and take if necessary legal action to force the partner to pay. What ever you are going to do you should act quickly because as time goes by your chances of recovery goes down.
