Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I was fired for getting arrested on a drug charge on my days off. I did not miss any scheduled work day nor was giving a chance to take a drug test the only way they knew I had been arrested because it was in the local paper. After I was fired their was 3 other employees that worked for the same company that had got arrested for the same charges and was also in the local paper and are still working for the company. Is their anything I can do about this?

not without a union or personal contract....you can be fired for any reason..good luck
