Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
If I'm fired from a job in a "right to work state" for saying that being written up is "crazy". And another employee is arrested for possession of narcotics and walked out of the store in handcuffs and not terminated even though it blatantly violates the policy and procedure handbook, is this a form of discrimination?

If that is really why you were fired then there is no illegal discrimination involved here.
