Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I was fired because my son sent to my work computer ads for massges from girls as a joke and now I cant draw unemployment.

We share the same email at home so it looks like I sent the emails to myself. Can I sue my employeer so I get my unemployment?

No. You APPLY for unemployment, and your (former) employer gets notified, and the employer either contests it or he doesn't.

If he contests it, you will be notified of a telephone hearing.
