Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

My name is Franklin Bianchi, I was charged with a felony in Denton TX. back in 2003. How do I go about having that felony exsponged? I am unable to provide for my two year old child who means the world to me. I am finding it realy hard to establish any type of employment with this felony on my record. I am also about to start shool as well and don't want to have this felony on my record while attending classes. Please help, my hands are cuffed still...
