Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
I gave notice to my employer, with a specific date to work through. They let me go that very same day. Am I entitled to be paid until the time I had agreed to work?

No..if you had a contract perhaps...but Texas is at will State..and no notice is required on either e'eer or e'ee
