Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Hello.

Does the employer you work for have to provide you with their policy and procedures upon your request? Rather than them wanting to go thru them with you in HR on the computer and not have a hard copy to be viewed alone?

If you annoy your employer, he can fire you. Don't push this. Be grateful that you have a job in this crummy economy.
