Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I have a huge problem at work. My manager is seeing a lady that keeps accusing me of things. I feel harassed, but I'm too afraid to report it because then my manager will hold against me and I can't afford to lose my job. Just on Friday, we had our Christmas party and we had our dept gift exchange. I ended up picking the lady's name. She requested that who ever got her, to buy her precious moments items. I got what I could afford and she ended up leaving the party upset and left the gift on the table. Sorry, I know this sounds silly, I just want to know my rights. Well today begin Monday, I showed up to work and my manager called me into the office to make me aware that what I did was wrong. That I should have gotten her what she asked for. This has been going on for about 1/2 year and I'm afraid that if I say something I will get fired. Since this lady is dating my manager. What are my options in a case like this? Please help.

I can think of no legal rights here..but I don't know who you work for..employers can hire and fire at will...so you may have no rights..ie..except for race, religion, national origin, sex, age..etc..which is not here..If the place is that hard on you....actively seek other opportunities..but those things happen in many places..
