My husband's manager took his $5 tip away from him because he forgot to attend an employee meeting on May 21,2011. His manager already wrote him up for not attending the meeting. He works at Schlotzsky's Deli on S. Lamar. Can his manager legally do that?

No. He's a thief. He should be reported to his superiors.
