Is it illegal for a full time employee to also be employed full time with another company and drawing two checks from both companies?

Generally, it is not illegal to work two full time jobs at one time at separate times. It is unlawful for certain employees such as truck driver's to work excessive periods be cause of safety requirements. Unless you have a contract to the contrary, either of the employers may not keep you working if they do not permit such outside employment.
