Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I am an illegal immigrant, and an independent contractor. i recently got hurt on the job, an ambulance had to take me to the hospital, my employer is not helping me financially, what can i do? is help available for me or does my status cause problems for me?

if your injury was caused by someone's negligence, other than your own fault, call us. No status does not affect right to sue...but obviously you are at risk in other ways
