Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
I was just informed by the attorney for my former employer that i am being sued for breach or employment contract. Another ex employee that i have been working with in the same field apparently took some client lead info and the company is accusing me of stealing them as well. I do not have money or means to hire an attorney, what can I do to deal with this?

Don't do anything until you're served with a citation.
Don't talk to this attorney. If he calls you, hang up the phone. DON'T TALK TO THIS ATTORNEY.
If you are in fact sued, you'll need a lawyer. Don't even file an answer until you talk to a lawyer.
