Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
I was issued a bad check from my employer. As a result, I have 11 overdraft fees charged to my account. My employer will reimburse the bad check, but not the overdraft fees. Is there anything that requires his to pay this.

There is probably not a way to force your employer to pay the overdraft fees, but you may try working out an informal solution.
