law referance number
on my texas unemployment response it says i qualify or was fired under ..law referance section 207.044 of the texas unemployment act..what does this mean exactly?

Read your TWC notice letter carefully
Basically, if you were fired for misconduct, you do not qualify for unemployment. TWC's fact finding mission will focus on that issue alone. What is considered misconduct depends on the unique facts of each case and the TWC precedents on similar fact scenarios.
