Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
I would like to know what the legal protocol is for specimen collection for drug testing. I was given a specimen cup and the only thing I was told was to fill it to the line. I proceeded to the bathroom, locked the door and filled to the line. I then flushed the urnal and washed my hands. No one was in the room with me. The sample was then split and the remainder of my urine was dumped into a trash can with many other samples. Somehow this didnt seem as professional as I've had done I the past. Any information on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

There is no "legal" protocol. Depends on the purpose of the sample.
