lunch breaks

We work for a major company,we have 5 employee,s.Only one employee gets a lunch break,the same employee gets 2 days a week off the same days all the time,she has to work no overtime or do some of the work the rest of us do,when we complain were told,it is because of her age she can't do the work anymore,or she needs a rest,the assistant manager got in trouble for working 80 hrs in a week,but 2 employees refuse to work overtime,all our application have on it are you willing to work overtime and they all say yes then they refuse,it is really hard for the rest of us to work 9 and 10 hour days with no breaks or no days off when 2 people get time off or not having to do the work the rest of us have to do.what can we do.

At a minimum if you are not being paid overtime that is serious enough for you to discuss with a. Attorney. If your company does not pay, you can likely file suit in federal court. It sounds like there are other violations as well.
