Lunches
Can an employer tell you what, where, or when to take your lunch? Can they tell you not to leave the premisses? Can they make this a company policy?

An employer can mandate when you can take your lunch, within reason. If you are required to stay on the premises so that you are available for work while taking your lunch break, you may be required to be paid for that time.
