Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

A man has offered me and a few girls a job. My position is assistant management. The employment contract doesnt sound legal. There's a paternity clause within the contract and part of my responsibility is to cater to and please his every need. I want to know if this is legal or not and if so can he fire me for not pleasing him sexually. Also the contract is for a whole year, if he fires me for not pleasing him can I sue him for breach of contract or sexual harrassment if this is illegal?

If you take this job, with these suspicions in your mind, you're somewhat of a co-conspirator the "the boss."

Don't take the job. I'd keep a copy of the contract, though, if I were you.

A contract for sexual services is void because it is against public policy (same thing if you hire your best friend to kill your husband).
