Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
overtime
I and a group of employees were uder the impression that was were hourly, we had been getting paid over time. suddenly today everyone complained about their checks were wrong, in the time tracking software it reports overtime, the answer we got today is that we are salaried. Yet they can doc our pay if we are late. People were expeted to be paid over time, is this legal?
