Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I am owed approx. $4,000 in back pay. I drive a truck and have it in my possession. How do I file a lien against my boss for back pay?

Go to justice of peace court ..sue your employer and ask for lien...he may pay withoout hearing..good luck..and if you hire an attorney, you should get attorney fees added
