Getting Paid

I have left my previous company with a two week notice. it has been 6 weeks and they still havent given me my final paycheck. what are my legal steps i can take with the company to get my paycheck. is there any kind of grounds for suing as they wont pay me

Yes. They are required within certain time limits, which have been exceeded.
