Not getting paid for work
I would like to know if it is illegal for a Company that you work for to not pay you for work you did for them?

Re: Not getting paid for work
No. It's not legal. Furthermore, if you are an employee working more than 40 hours a week and not being paid overtime, you have a GREAT case. I would love to speak with you. Email me at [email protected] for more details.

Re: Not getting paid for work
It depends on the terms of your employment agreement. For instance, if you get paid only when there is a sale then you can work a lot and not be entitled to any payment.
