Paychecks
I quit a job about 3 months ago, but somehow still got regular paychecks. I reported this happening one month after I left and they said they would resolve, but the checks kept coming. Can they ask me to payback the accidental payments?

Of course. You should immediately return the money you did not earn. While they probably will not pursue criminal charges because it is their "fault" you are legally obligated to repay the money wrongly paid to you.
