Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Can pizza delivery drivers be forced to drive when the weather conditions are unsafe? One delivery driver has already totaled their vehicle and the district manager has been told we feel unsafe but says we have to drive any way. I am scared to death to drive yet i will be terminated if i do not. What do i do?
