Punishment - Withheld Wages

Employer withholds wages as ''punishment''. Employer demands punished employee to also attend ''retraining'' class, without pay. Employer withholds ''tips'' as punishment.

contact a local lawyer or file suit in small claims court..OR..call texas workforce commission...they can enforce pay violations and no cost..
