Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
I put in for a transfer and got it.two days before I move still at work they tell me that I stole something my transfer was cancel.now my boss wont let me work over 8 hrs.a day when others work 12they hrs. He claims now that im not doing a good job but before this started I had no write ups.is this retaliation?
