Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
I quit from my job, but my employer threat to prosecute me
I work as a sales manager in one trading company, this month I quit my job, this company ask me to sign a paper work, which saying that if I keep a copy of any paper or email copy of company sales order infos, I will be violation and be regarded as theft of this company.
I want to know: it seems very unfair to me, is this legal for them to ask me to sign this paper?

it is legal to ask almost anything..but it seems foolish to sign it..there are not laws for every event in our lives...
