Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I was recently terminated from a black/woman owned construction company in Dallas. I am white and I think there is a case of reverse discrimination here. My role was to sell construction projects to the Federal Government. In my 3 year tenure there I was productive and in 2009 I generated $4 million in revenue. Two african american employees, one male and one female, have the same role but have yet to generate any revenue. I was fired and they still have jobs. Furthermore, I was terminated with no severence or compensation for a $3.5 million project that was 95% complete upon my termination. This commission would have been $10k+

Do I have any recourse?

probably...go to the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission and file a complaint..you should get a right to sue letter..but discrimination is different than a claim for commissions ..a debt...and you need to seek a lawyer for both
