Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
I retired June 2012; the company owes me $68,500 since 2009; they paid me some every year since then as they owed me $90,000; however, they say they can pay no more until the company liquidates which may be never. They say the company has no money yet they keep funding an R&D company out of their personal funds.
I am retired, live on SS and have medical issues and I need my money.
What can I do to collect?

Contact a lawyer..bring all your documents...we would discuss..but be careful about lawsuits to collect debt if they have no assets....personal funds are not company funds...call if we can help
