what is my rights on falsey accused of stealing monye from my job. When I told my boss I did not steal the money and that I want and need to clear my name by taking a polygraph test he then stated that he believed me. I need to clear my name. I was accused openly in front of customers as well as co-workers. I just need to clear my name. What do I do?

There is no formal legal procedure for "clearing one's name." Whatever you do (with a polygraph or otherwise), there will be people who believe you are a thief, and people who won't believe you're a thief.

If someone falsely accuses you of something, and your reputation is damaged, you can sue that person for slander. Just between you and me, I wouldn't bother; a lawyer will charge you lots of money.
